MATH IN THE SUMMER IS LIKE RAIN IN THE SUMMER COLD AND DULL

Lots of ppl have to practice swimming, some ppl have to practice gymnastics, but what I have to practice is math. I do not understand why I have to practice math. Almost all teachers review the math that had been taught the past year. I mean I do not want to be a math teacher or someone who has to add fractions when I grow up. I actually want to be a singer, special ed teacher, or a actress. I only know one other person who does math over the summer. Well, I know that there is not much of chance that I will be able to stop doing math over the summer, but I will always fight for a right not to do math over the summer.

Anyways, I cannot wait to go to school because I would really like to see all my friends. I have not really seen a lot of my friends his summer. Only at one birthday party and a few "play-dates."
Well, I will write something soon, thanks for reading!!!

Two and a Half Pets

First pet: My first pet I ever had was a cat. She is a Siamese named daisy. Daisy has a black face and feet, and a brown body. She is very cute. She likes to play, even though she does not live with us. We used to have her in the house, but she always wanted to go outside to be free. So, my family decided that she could roam free all day, but at nighttime she could come into our house. Now a days she does not even come in at night. She loves the outdoors.

Second pet: My second pet is a dog. His name is Leo. He is a fat and extremely cute jack Russel terrier. His favorite hobbies are barking at cats, taking walks, and eating. Sometimes, he goes into my back yard table and lays in the sun. He is white with black spots over both eyes. He is sort of like a baby. He is very small, cannot clean up his own poop, and can be held.

1/2 pet: My last pet, is not really my pet, he is just a cat who came up to our house that we started feeding. My dad, the one who discovered him, named the little cat Chester. Chester is a brown cat with a few white and black pots. I do not really know a lot about him because he is a little shy, but he is very cute!

In just two days, I'm going to HAWAII, the island of paradise. I'm soooooo excited! I am staying in Kauai for two whole weeks. The first week I am going to stay in a condo near the beach. The second week I am staying in a house also near the beach. Maybe I will tan on the beach one day. I think I'm staying in Princeville, but I don't really remember. In Hawaii I am going to hike, go to the beach, and explore the towns. I have heard that Kauai is very green and is like a rainforest. I also have heard that it rains a lot, but it will still be hot when it rains. I am excited for that. I am also excited for the food there because I have no idea what to expect. I mean, everybody I talk to who has been to Hawaii tells me that I'm lucky and that it is really beautiful. Another thing I look forward to is the sugar cane. My dad told me that there is sugar cane in Hawaii. I once tried sugar cane and I LOVED it. HAWAII HERE I COME!

Camp Whittle

From banana boating and kayaking. From hiking to playing ninja. From bloody noses to the dinning hall. That was just a small part of camp whittle, a sleep away camp for a week

About two weeks ago I went to a sleep away camp for the second year in a row. The camp was so fun.

Dinner:

The dinner at Camp Whittle was not the best food I have ever tasted, but I did like it a lot. We had food like grilled cheese and tomato soup for lunch to pizza for dinner. Also, everyday there was a fruit and cereal bar for breakfast with an additional hot food like sausage, pancakes, or bacon. There was also a salad bar for dinner. My favorite meal was when they served hot dogs and hamburgers because they actually grilled the hamburgers and hot dogs in an outside grill.

The lake:

One thing at camp that I loved was the lake. My favorite part of the lake was the banana boating. You would be pulled by a boat and you would sit in a boat that looked like a pencil. You would start out slow, but then you would get faster and faster and faster. It was so fast. At one point in the ride, you would fall off. When you fell the boat would tip over and you would fly off. Man, I really feel like going on a banana boat right now!!!!

Bloody Nose:

As my cabin was waiting for our next activity, we started to play ninja. If you know how to play ninja, then you know it can turn into an intense game. So, we were just plating and then all off a sudden, a girl aims for another girls hand, and accidentally hits her face. Her nose immediately starts pouring out blood. It was crazy!!

Honestly, there is too much too write bout camp whittle, so I am going to have to stop here. If you want to find out more about camp whittle, go there yourself(simply google "Camp Whittle")

ENDANGERED SPECIES

Polar Bears

For this blog I am going to talk about the endangered polar bears(I know you're not supposed to talk about what you are writing about before you write it). First of all, what are polar bears, they are creamy white furry animals( that I think are absolutely adorable) that live in the Artic with temperatures like -40 degrees Fahrenheit. How did they actually become endangered???????? Well, the polar bears live in an icy tundra and right now global warming has taken over their habitat because of rising temperatures. Global warming especially happens in the summertime when polar bears are most active. Global warming is an effect caused by rising temperatures. Polar bears depend on the ice for their homes and it is hard to find food when there is no ice around.

WAYS TO HELP♡

look up "ways to help endangered polar bears on google"
make posters around your community(ask for permission first)
adopt a polar bear from a website
encourage other ppl to help

This is a poem I wrote in the middle of the year. It was supposed to be a little like the poems Dr. Seuss wrote.

School is a process

A process for you

It might get you down

But don’t give up

Because those who give up

Are those who fail

The people that fail

Have no success

And I am sure

You do not want to be in such mess

So simply just try

Try your best

This is a story I wrote at the end of the year called..................................... BABYMAN

It starts...............................NOW
“Waaaaaaaaaaaaa!” A baby was born screaming and kicking his miniature legs, with eyes the color of a juicy lime and hair the color of steaming coffee. Little did his parents know, their little Sid would become the first baby secret known as Baby Man. His parents also did not know that he could make a high pitched scream that could stop people in their footsteps and even paralyze them. You may wonder, “How did he become a secret agent if he did not even know how to talk or walk?” Well, he already knew how to walk and talk at birth. The FBI randomly chose one baby from the United States to become a hero and a member of the FBI. The FBI simply put a special vitamin into Sid’s pregnant mother Tiffany’s breakfast cereal, and then she created a hero.

On Sid’s secret agent break, he decided to go to the park to meet other babies. He never actually had real friends before because he was so busy saving the world. On his way to the park in his mother’s car, he saw an advertisement for baby powder: “Mr. Wells Baby Powder”. The sign had a nice-looking man on it with emerald eyes and tan hair. He had never used baby powder before, and he wants to try it. After a few long minutes, he arrives at the park. The park had the same sign that he had seen when he was driving. Even though he wanted to meet some other babies, he was too distracted by the sign.

Eventually, he couldn’t hold in his want for baby powder. He immediately ran to his mom and pointed to the sign. His mom then drove to the drug store and bought two bottles of the baby powder. He started putting it on, and it soon started itching so much that Sid felt like he had roaring flames on his skin. Fortunately, Tiffany saw Sid’s pain, grabbed some hand lotion from her purse, and rubbed it on Sid’s skin.

Sid decided to confront the creator of the product, Mr. Wells, because he thought that Mr. Wells was up to no good. While Sid was supposed to be taking a nap, he slipped out the window and went to the powder factory. He quickly strolled inside the building, avoiding the security. As he got closer to Mr. Well’s office, two security guards leaped toward him. Sid used his piercing scream and the guards slowly turned a shade of bluish-purple, and they both froze.

Sid finally got to Mr. Well’s office. He slowly opened the creaky door and entered the room. The room was filled with at least 50 bottles of baby powder. As he looked around, he did not see anyone, but then he saw Mr. Wells. He was not the Mr. Wells Sid had seen on the advertising sign, but a hideous fat-fingered, bushy-eyebrowed man who smiled whenever he heard a scream of terror. He was a man with a cold heart and pleasure for money.

Sid opened his mouth to scream, but was overpowered by Mr. Well’s sausage fingers. Mr. Wells put a nearby pacifier in Sid’s mouth and thrust him onto his desk. Mr. Wells grabbed a metal letter opener and started to close in on Sid. He was so close, Sid could feel his hot, foul breath on his forehead. Mr. Wells cackled, “I got you now!”

Sid thought quickly and seized the nearby baby powder. He threw it onto Mr. Wells speedily. “Boom!” Mr. Wells blew up into cherry-red flames and screamed in terror as the powder melted his flesh.

1 MONTH LATER

Sid was driving to the park to finally meet some real friends. While he was there, he spotted a freckled faced boy getting teased by an angry teenager. As he was about to confront the bully, Sid noticed a sign next to a maple tree that said, “ Mr. Banks Baby Powder.” “Not Again!” he thought to himself.
